- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls and Preventive Maintenance calls are $59. Hourly rates are $100 and are charged in 15 min increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we assess the issues. After finding the problem we will make the customer aware of the cost of repairs and explain the problem in as much detail as they prefer, get approval from them for the repairs and then make those repairs. Invoices are normally expected to be paid at time of service unless other arrangements have been worked out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Chet Avery, has a Master Mechanical License and 10 years experience in the HVAC industry. All technicians are EPA licensed and have attained a certificate from a technical school.
