- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work better giving clients estimates for their projects. It works better for them and I. The customer knows what they are looking at first hand on getting the job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out and do a walk through with the customer listening to their needs and wants from there i will be able to provide them with a more detailed quote. Price transparency is very important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with Bateman Construction a family owned business doing construction type work with my brother for the last 7 years. Prior to that, I worked at a film production company building set material and doing handyman type maintenance throughout the building. I also worked with Lee Group a large construction company working on construction projects. I have the skills to take on any job. My passion above all is custom wood working, I have developed these skills working on different projects and challenging myself. I take pride in my work and its rewarding when I can make a client speechless.
