I had been seeing Jayne for weight loss for several sessions and wasn't seeing results. A couple of sessions ago, Jayne confronted me for not doing any of the "homework" she had given me. She called me on the fact that I had been doing it "my" way and asked why I continued to come to see her. She, in fact, kindly suggested that I not waste my money or time and just not come anymore. This shocked me because it became evident to me that she was not in this for the money and that she really wanted to help... I also understood how I had been sabotaging myself. I allowed her to finally work with me on the releasing the resistance... It was a huge moment for me and since then, everything has turned around for me! Jayne is incredibly intuitive, kind and nurturing and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her techniques... they just work!

I went to Jayne Goldman for Past Life Regression therapy recently. I wasn't really sure what to expect but Jayne put me totally at ease as well as being so professional. The session was amazing and it answered so many of the thoughts I had about my life. I came away from that day with many questions answered as well as many fears gone. There are many Hypnotherapist out here in L.A. Jayne is the best!!! She assisted me in ridding myself of emotional baggage and trauma I've carried for over 45 years. Gone!!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard Hypnotherapy: My rates includes an MP3 recording of the hypnosis portion of each session. NLP Coaching and Time Line Therapy: I offer an intensive 4-hour session to work extensively on putting a goal into your future and releasing all the negative emotions and limiting beliefs that have kept you from achieving that goal in the past. I assist you in creating new positive beliefs and action items to drive you towards your objectives in life. Consistent Personal Performance Coaching ensures you stay on target and are held accountable for attaining your goals. This coaching provides you with actionable steps to move you towards what you want in life. As each action is completed, more tasking is created until your unconscious mind naturally accepts the goal and you continue to be automatically driven to move in this direction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a 20-30 minute complimentary phone consultation to explore the areas of change my client is seeking and get to know one another a little bit.
