- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will arrange a FREE, NO OBLIGATION initial phone call or private appointment face to face. We will then address and assess all of YOUR Goals and Desired Outcomes, and proceed from there formulating a Detailed and very Specific Recommended Plan, tailored Specifically for YOU.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer (T213015), as well as a member of the US Registry of Exercise Professionals (USREPS). I am also CPR / AED Certified. In addition, I am an Apopka Soccer Club Coach for a U10 Divisional Team. I have been personally enjoying Fitness, Wellness and utilizing and teaching multiple Training Modalities for the better part of 25 years.
