These guys are great movers, prompt, professional, and friendly. Be sure you are ready for them when they arrive because they hustle and get the job done, both loading and unloading, you won't be able to keep up with their pace! They really made our move much easier and can't recommend them enough. Use them and you will not be disappointed!Mar 19, 2017VerifiedWalter & Lisa B.'s reply
John, Thank you for using Branch Out Delivery. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us some feedback. I will make sure to pass this along to the guys!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Hourly rates are billed to the nearest 15 minutes and are based on how many men are on your crew. The more men you have the faster your move is going to be. Crew sizes are also determined by Branch Out based on the size of your move. For example, we can not send out a 2 men crew for a large 3 bedroom home for safety reasons. During the booking process we will go over what size crew you will need. Travel fees are a one time cost and are for moves under 36 miles. Any move traveling more than 36 miles between load up and offload are considered long distance and are billed by weight. This is required by state law. Bulky items charge is for specific pieces that are not furniture. There may be a handling fee for these items. Some examples of these items are pianos, riding lawn mowers, major appliances (not washer and dryers), gun safes, fitness equipment and basketball goals. If you think you may have a bulky item. Discuss those items with us during the booking process so we can asses whether or not there is a handling fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I started working in this industry over 20 years ago at a small moving company. Over the years, I worked in various departments with various roles. After becoming a contractor for a large furniture retailer I decided to go back to what I knew I was passionate about and that was moving. I been on the back end of a sofa, managing the paperwork, behind the computer, I've been the customer and to now an owner. My training has been hands on in all areas of this industry with a deep passion for quality work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Started working for a moving company when I was 20 years old. Just a young kid looking for a summer job. I quickly found out that not everyone is cut out for this type of work. It's hard work. It takes stamina, patience and most importantly good work ethic. I also learned that it was something that I was good at.
