R.J. knew exactly how to set the house up for market. He told me what to do and the the house showed better that I ever thought it could. He brought in a good contract with a fair price. The contract work was delivered in a timely fashion. He made himself available to answer questions at all times. He aligns himself with good people to assist the customer through the transaction. That is important. You feel confident every step of the way through the transaction. His photographer takes very good pictures to make the house show very well. The web site is very comprehensive and easy to use. He is always courteous and he presents himself well. He knows the neighborhoods and he knows the business very well. He is a true real estate professional.

My wife and I felt that the process we went through with RJ Breeden and Co. was very good. We felt as though we were in good hands with Mike Lathroum. The communication was great. It was clear, transparent, and easy to understand. Mike made his schedule flexible to us. He was attentive to our needs and made us feel comfortable. Mike helped us find a Mortgage broker and title person. Both experiences were amazing. The folks he referred us to were so professional. On the day of the closing, Mike made sure we understood each stage of the closing process. Any questions we had he addressed and took care of. Over all our experience was great. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our listing percentage is 6% with an additional $500 admin fee. With that, we provide constant communication, top-notch service, professional photography, immaculate business to business contact among other things to provide a smooth transaction that turns into a life long friendship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Education and communication is key to any good relationship - expressing the goals and expectations upfront help set standards in the process. We meet, go over goals, discuss the home selling/buying process and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a people person, I have a small business cert from CCBC Essex and I've worked in the restaurant business from 15 to 29. That experience created a great foundation in dealing with people and interacting with others. When I found real estate, it felt like a naturally transition that I absolutely love. Service is the key.
