- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our listing percentage is 6% with an additional $500 admin fee. With that, we provide constant communication, top-notch service, professional photography, immaculate business to business contact among other things to provide a smooth transaction that turns into a life long friendship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Education and communication is key to any good relationship - expressing the goals and expectations upfront help set standards in the process. We meet, go over goals, discuss the home selling/buying process and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a people person, I have a small business cert from CCBC Essex and I've worked in the restaurant business from 15 to 29. That experience created a great foundation in dealing with people and interacting with others. When I found real estate, it felt like a naturally transition that I absolutely love. Service is the key.
