Carl is the best thing since sliced bread! He is patient, very knowledgeable and highly skilled. I wish to thank him for doing several major jobs for me: 1. He completely rewired cable(above ground and underground) for Cox(tv) replacing, tacking, burying, moving furniture, and sealing interiorly and exteriorly where cable comes into home. 2. I hadn't been able to use my PC and Game computers for 6+ months due to them being down. Carl easily assembled the towers, components, speaker and hardware, plugging in cables -one after another- allowing both to be up and running quickly and effectively. 3. Carl fixed complex modem problems on router... WOOHOO! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year technical degree in Communication and Information Systems.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I received my technical degree as a Communication and Information Technician in 1999. Started out installing Computers, Servers and Telefone Systems. Then I extended my services installing CAT 5/ CAT 6 network cable for middle and large commercial companies. I now install and troubleshoot tv, phone and internet services for a major provider.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do work for both residential and commercial customers. I enjoy my work. My strength is providing customers with the best service that goes over and beyond there expectations.
