- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event is different. I base my quotes depending on the length of the event and the services required of me. Based upon that, I make the quote that I believe is fair and reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them and what it is they want. The event is all about the customer and making sure that it turns out beautifully and stress free for the host/hostess.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 35 years of bar/restaurant experience.
