- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My aim is to be as affordable as I can. Generally, I won't charge more than $50 for a lesson. I would consider a slightly discounted price if the meeting frequency is high.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off with a consultation: a phone call to discuss logistics such as how many times a week my tutoring services are needed, where the tutoring will take place and a discussion about the learning style of the student.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's and master's in engineering during which I studied and excelled in the subjects I tutor. I have been tutoring for about 15 years.
