- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard price is a flat rate of $50
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some PC repair people are dishonest . My process is to put the customer at ease about who I am and how I do business. I believe in looking at the entire system and treating every computer like it is my personal computer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the IT field for over 5 years . I am also have my CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications. I am currently enrolled at Central Piedmont in the Information Assurance degree program.
