Create the Plate Catering

Introduction: Create the Plate began with three highly motivated entrepreneurs that met in culinary school and started a business plan immediately. One of our partners had previously owned and operated her own cupcake company, which is still a sister company of ours, but we have added the popular sweets bar buffet to her repertoire. Our first event was near and dear to our hearts and was a buffet for the American veterans at our local post. From there, we decided to concentrate on themed events as our specialty and helped customers create a perfectly themed event. We have since graduated from culinary school, some of us work in restaurants in Los Angeles, and we are also a part of the staff for the amazing annual All Star Chef Classic. Currently, two of our partners are working abroad in Madrid, Spain with Michelin star rated chefs as well as traveling to Paris and London to enhance their culinary worlds. We have done many different types of events from weddings to funeral services, and everything in between. We work with all budget types and have a full staff of employees, as well as bartenders. Our goal is to provide one-of-a-kind service and an unforgettable meal experience to make your special occasion as stress free and memorable as possible. We have not only learned from the best, but we strive for the best and continue to expand our culinary knowledge, plus we absolutely love what we do!
