Pricing depends on scope of work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first qualify the clients requirements to see if we can meet and exceed their needs and expectations. Next we will contact the client to arrange a service visit. Upon completion of the service ticket we make sure the client was happy with the service (it is the best way to get word of mouth referrals)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. We are trained in web design, networking, computer repair, database design and support, application development, backup, disaster recovery and managed services. We can work with your Mac, PC or Linux systems.
