- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically set up an initial meeting with someone at my studio where we discuss goals, injuries, preferences and schedules. I don't charge anything for these initial consultations, these help me get an idea of how I can help the client and give the client a chance to meet me in person to decide if we would be a good fit. If the client decides to hire me, the first session typically consists of assessments to look for muscle imbalances, body composition and measurements followed by a basic workout designed specifically for the client based on information gathered during our initial meeting and assessments. After this the workouts gradually become more intense.
