Introduction: I have almost a decade in the culinary field and an Associate of Science degree from Florida Culinary Institute. I also have experience and knowledge in both savory and sweet cooking. Comfort food is near and dear to my heart, but can execute a menu of your choosing. I love being able to create food that makes people happy. I was lucky enough to grow up with a mother who was always in the kitchen, so I have carried that with me into my adult life. I have worked in simple pizza kitchens and high end country clubs. I take pride in the food I create and I love learning new foods and cooking styles as I go along.
