- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer a standard pricing system for the most common packages that we offer -- Day of Coordinating, Partial Planning and Full Planning. We understand that every bride is different and so are their needs. That is why we offer custom packages and will work with your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every first meeting with a potential client always starts with a complimentary consultation at a convenient, public location to learn a little bit more about the client and their special day. Once the client decides if we are a good match, we will then proceed with the appropriate preparation and planning process depending on the package of choice!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many different wedding styles and traditions. Through a great partnership, there isn't anything we can't do!
