- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will often offer a new guest discount or comp service. This depends on which service is needed...and I always have a referral discount. Example: If you tell a friend to see me, then that friend books an appt and comes in, you will recieve a credit at your next appt. You may use your credit towards any salon services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give a little background about myself, answer any questions they may have. I will often provide some type of complimentary service or discount for new guests. Then I like to have a brief consult either by text, email, or phone. Go over exact services needed along with pricing. Then go through pictures together of desired looks and your current look..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this industry for 10yrs now, & even though experience is valuable... continuing your education and staying up to date with the latest trends is crucial!
