- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first class is always about establishing realistic, clear and time-bound goals. For example, I like to do a quick test for leveling and then establishing a list of 5 goals to be accomplished within the first 10 weeks of classes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have mostly worked with children 5-13 years of age. I have also tutored adults and toddlers but mostly middle school children.
