Introduction: Leticia is a pranic healer who is dedicated to wellness. She is originally from Brazil. She started her spiritual path at a very early age. Leticia was also exposed to different healing techniques. She learned pranic healing in 2007 and attended various workshops with Master Stephen Co in California. She graduated from Feevale University with degree in physical therapy, right after she came to San Diego to specialize in respiratory therapy at Grossmont College, in La Mesa, California. She hopes to inspire clients to embrace positive change on their lives. Leticia trusts in the body's innate capacity to heal, and that there is an energy within us that when open and unobstructed promotes our health and well-being. Leticia truly enjoys her work in energy healing, counseling, tarot reading, yoga, Pilates, meditation, and with the right intention has the potential to change lives. Atma Namaste!

I had an amazing pranic healing experience with Leticia! I had never heard of it and I decided to give it try since I'm into reiki. It helped me to balance my emotions after a breakup. I was smoking a lot, not eating much and had other issues from stress, such as anger and loss of sleep. Leticia was so kind, explained how everything was affecting my chackras and worked hard to bring me back to peace. I highly recomend her!

Leticia is extremely intuitive & genuine. Her energy is so refreshing and she's always spot on with her tarot readings -many times she would sense things the cards did before she even turned them. She always knows how to guide me in the right path with the best of advice. She's also knows how to break things down so that they are easier for me to comprehend and apply to everyday life. I can't imagine where I'd be right now without her guidance. To top it off, she is very kind, welcoming, and most importantly non-judgemental! I am so grateful I found such an amazing spiritual healer that has helped me so much!

Every Thursday I attend a "healing movement" class led by Leticia. She is aware of my strengths and needs for my areas of healing. Together we work on warming up, body strengthening, stretching, cooling down and then a final touch with meditation. I enjoy when she introduces variety in the movements we work on each week. When I am finished with my class led by Leticia I know that I have had a complete body workout.

Ah, where do I start with this lovely lady! I've been taking Pilates class with Magda now for about 5 years, and I absolutely adore her teaching style! She incorporates the perfect balance of stillness and calmness in her classes, with the intensity of an advanced class. I always come out of the class feeling so much more opened and renewed, and ready to tackle the day! She is amazing!
