FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard pricing structure is a monthly training membership. The two variables that affect the overall monthly price are the length of the membership (1, 3 or 9 months) and the number of training days per week (2-4)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our member relationship begins with a sit down meeting that we call a strategy session. Within this session we discuss goals, expectations for our members, scheduling, membership options, and most importantly, take our new members through our initial assessment process. This process includes the Functional Movement Screen and other needed assessments based on the outcome of the screening. This is the foundation of how we develop individualized programs for our members. This session is free of charge and is scheduled on a one-on-one basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Geoff Lewis, has over 12 years of training experience. As a Division I college football player at West Virginia University he also has the athletes perspective to see things from our members view and help them prepare for all that goes into becoming a true and successful student athlete. Geoff received two degrees from WVU, his undergraduate work was in Exercise Physiology and his Master's work was completed in Athletic Coaching with an emphasis on Strength & Conditioning. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Level II Certified Functional Movement Screen Professional, and a Level II Dynamic Variable Resistance Training (DVRT) Instructor.
