Prices vary depending upon the service, package, or event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free 30-minute consultation either in person, via phone or Skype. We'll explore what's working in your life as well as your challenges and goals. If we decide to work together I'll send you the information (payment, scheduling, & worksheets) you need to get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through International Coach Federation Certified Coach through Coach Training World. Yoga Therapist training from Integrative Yoga Therapy E-RYT Registered Yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance Certified aromatherapist. Bachelors in Social Work from Indiana University Licensed Massage therapist in Oregon Have taught & trained in a number of settings.
