FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is $75.00 per hour with a minimum of four hours deposit. Any unused funds are refunded.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical workflow begins with the client's hiring of my firm. The process includes the preparation and mutual signing of a retainer agreement and the initial payment of a $300.00 deposit which represents a scant four hours of investigative services. Once the retainer has been paid, the investigative process ensues until the investigative needs of the client have been satisfied. Once the investigation is complete, I generate a written investigative report. The report may be as short as one page or as long as necessary in order to fully document the findings of the investigation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training began in the U.S. Army where I served as an Interrogator/Linguist for six years. I served in Desert Shield/Desert Storm with the 2nd Armored Cavalry regiment as we led the ground attack against the Iraqi Army. I retired from the California Department of Corrections as a Correctional Officer during which time I served as an Investigative Employee; conducting investigations for disciplinary hearing officers. I have worked for a few Los Angeles lawyers and have done consultant work for The Legal Connection, a Los Angeles-based litigation support firm. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management where I earned a 3.74/4.0 GPA. I have recently completed the Paralegal Training Program at UCLA Extension.
