Introduction: I provide private lessons on the electric bass and upright bass to students ranging from beginners to advanced. Unlike many who offer bass lessons, I am strictly a bass instructor and professional bassist (not a guitarist). I treat each student as the individuals they are, and customize lessons plans to meet their interests and needs tailored to their goals. I am incredibly grateful for the ability to teach and perform music for a living. It is very hard not to enjoy working with students to help them discover their musical voice or achieve a goal they didn't even know they had.

I took bass lessons from Kameron when he lived in Philadelphia and cannot say enough good things about him. He taught me how to read music, was always prepared with a lesson and gave me great material to work on at home. Kameron is a seriously talented bassist and musician and can take your playing anywhere you want it to go. I ended up playing bass in a local cover band and I highly doubt I would have gotten there without him! It was a TRAGIC day when Kameron left Philly. Let our loss be your gain....

I had been playing bass for over a decade before taking lessons from Kameron. I was stuck in a rut so Kam helped me expand my knowledge of the instrument. I wanted to learn more theory and reading so that's what we did at a comfortable and engaging pace. I would highly recommend Kam if you're stuck in a rut like I was or just starting out.
