Introduction: My focus in medical massage and sports therapy, as well as the ability to give an relaxing and therapeutic custom massage gives me an edge to provide my clients a well rounded treatment. I specialize in deep tissue massage and am a certified lymphedema therapist. I offer intimate knowledge of pregnancy massage and work diligently with sciatica clients to reduce pain. I use a method called resistive stretching which works well in strengthening and stretching muscle groups. Versatility is important, so I provide table, chair, and floor routines that work with all fitness levels. An associates in psychology allows me not only to work on the body of my client, but also the mind in order to create healthy habits and work towards a fulfilling lifestyle. I have worked around the world, in every setting imaginable. As a veteran I did massage on the side while I was active duty in Germany and Iraq. I lived and practiced massage in Savannah, GA. Cultural differences are treasured and important to me, and I will respect your wishes, customs and courtesies. I love working with people. I love the variation between each client, each atmosphere, and the challenge of creating a harmonious balance between the body, the mind, and the spirit.
