Introduction: This isn't your typical personal training session, where some meathead trainer stands over you half way counting out reps, while checking his facebook, as you sweat out a couple more quick reps just to get out of the dark, clamy, gym...We get outside, get creative with our workout, use our surroundings, develop functional strength (strength you can actually use for stuff) and have fun doing it, so that it becomes something we enjoy, not something we dread. Making new friends and seeing how when a person changes, it affects every area of their lives.
