- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the amount of work fixing the problem will take, it usually ranges from 40-120$ plus parts if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently finishing my bachelors in a related field, which keeps me up to date on the latest hardware and software. I also read magazines related to my field as well in addition to watching tutorials for hardware repairs on newer phones.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was good enough and enjoyed it enough to become employed at a large chain store but I was always better at my job than my bosses. So, After dealing with corporate policies screwing customers I decided I wanted to be an independent contractor to provide a better service.
