- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do depending on what each client needs. Our pricing is based on number of sessions or the length of the session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try and schedule an appoinment ago me and the client can speak face to fave so I can learn more about them and what service is they need exactly. After this, I do a brief assessment and take them through a free 30 min workout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a Shodan a Shindo Jinen Ryu Karate-Do, and I am 2yrs into my Bus. Admin. B.A.
