Introduction: " Complemetary First session" Whether you are a young adult or a mature adult, Playmaker Fitness will provide you with personal training, corrective exercise training, lifestyle assessments and exercise rehabilitation/ therapy. Playmaker Fitness develops fitness programs for individuals with physical and medical disabilities, including, but are not limited to, joint limitations, diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, herniated disks, cancer and neuropathy. Playmaker Fitness customizes programs and personal training for individuals with fat-loss goals while catering to different fitness levels. Playmaker Fitness tailors sports-specific exercise programs for current and former athletes. Playmaker Fitness also provides education to individuals regarding the importance of exercise, healthy living and increased daily activity. I have a passion for exercise and science. I don't just personal train, but I develop programs and train clients based on science and strive for internal and external result.
