Introduction: I am a whole foods private chef with more than 2 years experience in cooking for a range of families and individuals in New York City. I recently moved to LA, so I'm setting up clients here!
In addition to private chef services, I'm working toward a master's in holistic nutrition, and I apply this education to my work for clients. I love keeping this fresh, local, natural, and delicious meals, and I take pride in customizing my menus for each individual client's needs (including Paleo, vegan, gluten-free, weight loss, Kosher, and a variety of medical conditions).

Kelsey worked for me as a personal chef with Eat with Eli LLC in 2013, and I was very sorry to see her go. She was the consummate personal chef for all of her clients, from excellent communication and menu planning to the preparation of delicious and truly healthy meals. Kelsey is an excellent cook! For over three months, she has been preparing healthy, flavorful and satisfying meals for my family of four. She is super efficient and a wizard in the kitchen. Her cooking takes away the worrisome burden about what to eat for dinner, not to mention the benefit to our waistlines and wallets!

Kesley is an excellent and knowledgable chef! I'm really impressed by how creatively she accommodates food restrictions without sacrificing quality or flavor. Whether making tenderloin or tofu, Kelsey's a talent in the kitchen and a sweetheart too! Definitely recommend her services!

Kelsey accepted our last minute dinner party for a friend's birthday like it was nothing. She prepared a three course menu all of which were farmer's market bought. She arrived on time and worked diligently the entire evening including washing ALL our dishes including all the glasses we'd used.
