- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on what is needed and how many animals are involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually set up a time for a Meet & Greet, so the client can show us everything that needs to be done for their pets, and it also gives the pets a chance to get to know us, so they will hopefully remember us the first time we come in to care for them when their family is away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a Veterinary Assistant for 3 years. I have over 15 years experience doing Pet Care professionally in private homes. I am fully insured.
