Introduction: Photography is something that I am very passionate about. I have spent countless hours learning lighting, editing techniques, newborn safety, etc. I pride myself on the talent I put forth.
Capturing the happiest moments of peoples lives is one of the most rewarding things about my job. Weddings, babies, 1st birthdays. Those are moments we want to cherish forever! And to give people the opportunity to look back at those moments and enjoy them for years to come - that is why I do this.

Recently, I booked a mini session with Raising the Barrs Photography. I was already a Facebook follower and admired the photos posted to her website.
I finally decided to book a session for my 4 year old son when he missed his school photos at preschool. Sarah made the whole process SO easy. She's so approachable and her response time was amazing.
I suggested a couple of venues and she checked them out before our shoot to familiarize herself with the locale. My son was at ease while I hid behind a pillar (allow her to do her job without me interfering) and the results were amazing.
Her website is easy to navigate and her "eye" captures awesome moments. She's quick on her feet and is ready for anything.
The disk was promptly received and the images were wonderful.
Thanks to her artistic talent, we will have memories forever.

Sometimes it hard to put in words how amazing of a photographer someone can be, and Sarah is in that category. Sarah's photos and photography skills are outstanding, mind blowing and phenomenal all rolled in to one. There isn't a category that comes difficult to Sarah. One thing not most people realize is some photographers send out their photos to be edited by someone else, but not Sarah. She 100% edits her own photos and if you are concerned with areas Sarah will take those concerns seriously and make sure you get the photos of your dreams. Sarah as a person, she is warm, thoughtful, caring, has the best sense of style, she is just someone you can fully trust and know that your photos are in safe hands . If you are looking for a photographer regardless of what the occasion is, please do not looking any further then Raising the Barrs Photography. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Sarah has done our Christmas photos, a mommy and me session, our engagement session and most recently our wedding. I love her work and will continue to use her for all of our special moments in life!

Sarah is a great. Her pictures are beautiful and she captures such cute moments and always has great ideas.
