- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is pretty simple. The pricing is based on the square footage of the home. I only ask questions on garages and age of home to give an idea of what to expect and certain things to know to look for when going into the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by explaining the inspection process. I prefer that my home buyers follow me throughout the inspection, with the exception of following up on the roof or down into crawlspaces. I explain everything thoroughly and make sure that they understand and comprehend everything to the best of their ability. I explain everything in as laymen's terms as possible so as to minimize confusion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly doing continuing education classes that are required by ASHI, so that I can stay abreast of new laws, trends, and products coming into the market.
