- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple. $50/hour for Onsite Training and Troubleshooting. $25/hour for Remote Training (done online)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Sometimes people want to learn how to send an email, learn about social media, or create a word document. Other people want help starting their small businesses. We help them make websites, and marketing materials to get them on track for success.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Patience, Knowledge, and Customer Service are all essential for this job and guess what... we have all 3 of those skills!!!
