Bart has been teaching me for just over a year. It's been a great experience. He's good about learning what you like musically yet still challenging you to get out that comfort zone and try new skills.Oct 31, 2017
Bart makes me feel comfortable and confident that I can improve my skills. I am sure that he will help me be the best singer I can be!Nov 4, 2015Verified

Not only is Bart extremely talented, patient, and encouraging, he also takes the time to learn about his students and their reasons for taking lessons, tailoring a program custom-designed for each client based on their individual goals. He constantly impresses with his ability to inspire me to be a better musician (and how he can explain musical theory in a way that actually makes sense!) without making me feel overwhelmed or discouraged. The confidence I have gained as a songwriter and performer has been more than I ever expected in less than a year of working with him. He is a true musical genius and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!Oct 14, 2016
I am a guitar/voice student with Bart at Reno's and he's great! I call him "The Song Doctor" because he revives songs I bring in with technique and great ideas! He is an amazing guitarist and patient teacher, even when I struggle. He knows music theory well and can teach this knowledge in an understandable and interesting way. Lessons are fun and non intimidating. Reno's Music is cool and I always feel welcome.Sep 22, 2015
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$110 per month for teaching and demo recording. That is half hour sessions once per week whether or not we have 4 or 5 weeks in that month. If we need to add time to the sessions, that is always negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Depending on whether it's teaching or recording, I always try to find what it is the customer wants to get out of the lesson or session and then work together with them to identify their needs and create a polished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Years and years of studio session work across the country.
