- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have affordable pricing and customize packages for different events or sessions - once I learn more about you, your event, and what type of photos you are interested in, we can provide specifics on pricing that will fit within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel it's important to personally connect with clients prior to their event or session, usually over coffee or at the venue. This allows us to built rapport, learn more about their style and preferences, and find out what type of photos will capture their story. I communicate via email and through phone calls prior to our first meeting. After meeting in person, I personally make a trip to the venue or location of the event. This gives us a sense of lighting and space so I am prepared to photograph. I continue to check in and communicate by phone and email until we meet again at the event. I respond quickly, answer questions, and ensure our clients have all the information they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained in film and have been shooting both film and digital for several years. I love natural light, candid moments, and view photography as a powerful art form.
