FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates align with the value I provide, proven in the success my students attain. With 20+ years experience in coaching hundreds of students who have achieved college scholarships, agency representation, industry bookings, and countless solo and leading role opportunities within the New York and Chicago area theater arenas, and arenas across the US, my boutique/elite level of service is specialized. Without egoic intent, it's crucial I clarify for future clients that we do not play small. I do not just "teach singing lessons," I develop artists. That requires a totally different approach and the mark of that difference is evident in the accolades of my clientele. I push you to your highest potential so that you can command real-world results from your craft and achieve successes with your gifts. I am so confident in the quality I provide that I welcome each new client not only with a complimentary consultation via traditional phone call, Facetime, Skype, or Zoom, but I also provide a complimentary 30-minute vocal session so new members can experience our work together before officially beginning with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As stated above, this is best exhibited in the complimentary consultation I provide via traditional phone call, Facetime, Skype, or Zoom, where we discuss your goals, vocal history, interests, and any current struggles you may be facing. I am also happy to address any questions you may have as well. Additionally, I offer new members a complimentary 30-minute vocal session so they can experience our work together before officially beginning with me. Upon beginning your work with me, you simply choose your preferred package. I stand behind the quality of my work. Therefore You will not find deceiving, awkward or lengthy contracts in my studio. I know from experience that members will choose to stay where they are happy and where they feel they receive value, quality, and a consistent return on investment. That display of loyalty and satisfaction on behalf of my clients has been the best compliment to me and my studio over the past 20 years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.A. in Vocal Performance, dually learned in Speech Sciences/Speech Pathology.
