Introduction: Receive private and group voice, piano, guitar and percussion instruction from two qualified instructors in a fun, laid-back environment. Our studio is known for increasing the young musician's desire to learn and practice a discipline. We have experience in most genres of music and can help you reach your goals. We also offer special pricing for performance related training. For example, if you have a pageant or competition to prepare for, but aren't enrolled in weekly lessons, we will help you prepare for the event and offer hourly pricing for the consults.

My 14 year old daughter takes piano lessons and absolutely loves it. Being a beginner I was afraid she would feel it was too young for her but Heather teaches and talks to her like the young adult she is. I would recommend Sing and Play to everyone.

Heather is an extraordinary piano instructor! Both of my girls take from her and love her. She is both patient and encouraging. My girls cannot wait to see her each week so they can impress her with what they've learned between lessons. I literally hear them practicing throughout the day/night and have to remind them that it's time to get ready for school or go outside to play. I could not be happier! What an amazing skill they are cultivating.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We have a weekly lesson price and also an hourly rate depending on the client's needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At your first session we meet and talk about what Sing & Play can offer the student. Then, the instructor will evaluate existing skills and history and begin to build musicality in direct relationship to expressed goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts from WCU in Music Industry with an emphasis in Voice. Craig has a BA and hundreds of hours toward another BA; MA in Music Theory, Guitar, etc.
