About a year ago, I had a complicated mediation over seller disclosures that Scott mediated. When it came time to sell the property, I did not use my former Realtor, I used Scott. Scott is brilliant. Most Realtors suck. Scott is the real deal and I love the professional photography with listings. Scott has a doctorate in law and a masters in finance. How many Realtors or mediators have that?

I was worried about the general incompetence of Realtors until I met Scott. Scott made an incredible comparative market analysis and used multiple methods. With his comprehensive analysis, I was sure my house was priced right to maximize the monies I could achieve without a prolonged closing experience. The buyer had a big shot Realtor that tried to strong arm us, but Scott is a seasoned negotiator from his mediation skills. It was just so impressive.

I went thru a complicated divorce. I did not think I could ever reach a resolution with my wife. Scott helped me thru the process and even listed our house as a realtor. His real estate company provided professional photography at no additional cost and our photos were stunning. Scott continues to be the best mediator for the dollar and this is why he has never lost a mediation!!!! I am using Scott again to resolve a dispute with my neighbor over a fallen tree on our fence from the last wind storm.
