- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im always pushing myself to broaden my culinary horizon.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I played baseball my entire upbringing. After 2 years of college baseball coming to an end, I had to decide on a career. I picked the culinary Arts because I had already been in the service side of the industry and I felt as if the heart and spine of the operation is the kitchen headed by the Chef.
