We offer discounts to our Military and First respondents. WE OFFER 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICES
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Glass repair- (Single pane) Once contact has been made with the customer, we schedule appointment for our master technician comes to out to the location, he assess the glass (window) needing repair. Cuts glass on site to fit to size(standard size, custom, arched, oblong) and installs the piece. Double pane Once the customer is contacted we schedule appointment for the master technician to come to the location and take exact measurements and provide with an accurate estimate (free of charge). Double pane windows have many factors that come into affect to provide with an estimate. For example low-efficient glass, tempered, high missile impact. Typically installed with in 5-7 days of customer order date.
