- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The goals and visions of each of my clients are all unique to each job so the pricing always varies, but my base price starts at $1100. This covers: -A one-on-one personal consultation session to help you figure out what you need the video to do -Creative concepting of an idea tailored to exactly your needs -The indie camera package (basic camera body, lenses, batteries, memory cards tripod) -A full edit and color grade -2 reviews -Finished video file exported and sent to you I'm always happy to discuss what your goals are and come up with ways we can accomplish them within your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is always to have a phone call. I want to get to know who you are, what you're looking to create, and how I can best help you. Each gig is completely unique and I approach each of them like cooking a brand new recipe--no 2 meals are the same. By the end of the call I want you to feel like you've got a clear vision for what you'll be making and how we'll make it. And by the end of the production, I want you to feel like you received 10 times the value you expected. All of this starts with a one-on-one phone call. My ultimate goal is to help you, and if I'm not the right person for the job, I will help you get there, even if you do not end up working with me.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How soon do I need this done? How much am I looking to spend? What message am I trying to deliver? What are my goals and target audience? What resources can I provide to assure success?
