Introduction: I am a highly experienced residential real estate appraiser. I have ran my own appraisal company for 15 years, with two office locations in the Bay Area. I trained eight residential appraisers and managed staff and a large client base of over 25 loan agents/brokers/realtors/etc. I am in the process of renewing my license after an unplanned leave due to health circumstances. I can be a great asset to you with all your appraisal office needs. I am familiar with the local MLS systems as well as other data sources commonly used. I can type all residential reports swiftly and accurately. I have my own computer, so I can work from my home or your office/home office. I am available any days and am willing to work as many hours as you need. My report writing skills are exceptional, I am easygoing and get along well with others. I am comfortable with having to work alone and manage my time well. I'm used to having to work with deadlines.
