- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is based on transparency. We do not charge customers a retainer, and customers pre-authorize the numbers of hours they feel comfortable with. Our hourly rates start at $99 per hour, and we offer deep discounts starting at 4 hours. Pre-authorize 4 hours at $89/hour, or 8 hours at $79 per hour. At the end of the case, we will refund you for the number of hours that were not worked, so you only pay for the number of hours worked.
