We are so proud of David because of his passion and concern as a young person who has a strong desire to help people become or stay healthy through the introduction and preparation of the best clean, organic and whole foods possible. During our consultation he was very interested in learning about the Advanced Plan for meals that we are on because of my husband's health and seeing the many organic and whole food items we have from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods in our pantry and fridge. He is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in giving us more information and resources to look into. He listened to us and shared with us in a way that was very thoughtful and caring. I would recommend David to anyone who is wishing to improve their health through diet and healthy eating!

David has cooked for my husband and me for two weeks now, and it's been a delight to come home to a fridge stocked with delicious, creative and healthful meals (all containers clearly labeled!). We also appreciate the clean kitchen, the menu notes and heating instructions. He tailors the menus to our food preferences and his overall approach is thoroughly professional. David is the real deal. I recently started on a keto diet (no sugar/low carb, moderate protein, high fat) and David researched recipes and cooked 3 fantastic meals for me and my wife. He brought his own equipment, and the freshest & best ingredients. He has formal culinary training and is passionate about healthy eating. You need to hire this guy.

In my in home cooking I like to speak over the phone or in person to gather more information about my client. I take into consideration their needs as a client. I will follow guidelines set out to create their menu plans.

I am a certified Therapeutic Chef graduate of Bauman college, a holistic culinary school.
