- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Book an appointment for you 2. Meet up and discuss the details on your event (relax and have fun!) 3. Send our estimate to you (phone calls and emails exchanging) 4. Booking the service for your event date 5. Meet again when necessary or phone appointments 6. See you at your event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are AFID & CFD certified, and active member of Florida State Florist Association. AIFD is a certification of American Institute of Floral Design. Which means our designers are properly trained & take everything floral serious! From how to processes flowers, keep them fresh & lasting to making designs. We go to classes often, keeping trends and techniques updated, and we are very involved in the floral industry. We keep evolving because we love what we do, and we want you to have most beautiful, unique wedding event. PS. We are full service, and we do everything flower related work too.
