Introduction: Hi, I'm Shauna.
I'm a registered 200-hour/experienced yoga instructor as well as a registered children's yoga instructor.
I teach yoga to all ages and levels.
I'm extremely passionate about yoga and all the benefits it has to offer. I enjoy assisting others achieve overall wellness through their own practice. Connecting breathe with movement creates a space to be fully present and help let go of our busy thoughts, while obtaining amazing healing benefits.
