Every job is the Most important job- Although we specialize in Decks and Door and Window installs, we take great pride in our Carpentry we take on a wide array of jobs (remodels,finish work,siding,custom work) No matter the work order, you can rest assured that the finished product will always be of the highest quality. 3) All work backed with a Warranty. We guarantee your window and door installs for 10 years. Our decks have a 15 year structural warranty. This means that if you have any problems with work that was performed by K6, just give us a call and we will send someone out to fix the problem. (We have yet to have any of those calls) The challenges assosiated with remodels , installs , and upgrades . When it all comes together for the finished product its gratifying for both parties .

We bought a home in south Anchorage this last spring and need to have 12 windows replaced . Mike's bid was the most reasonable and he took the time to walk us through each step as our home had some "issues" to say the least . The windows were installed right on schedule and they look GREAT! I hired Mike last summer (2010) to tear out and install a bunch of interior doors and one exterior door. Fast, efficient and he was there when he said he would be! I appreciated him telling me not to bother with just the interior door..get the jam and all. He was right! His work was professional and I am going to hire him again in 2011 to do a bunch more window installs!

Mike was awsome. Our projects that really needed done was out front exterior door and front porch. He was on time, honest and of course dependable, keeping us updated and ansewring any questions we had with knowledge! He knows what he is doing and does it well! We will for sure be calling him for more updates that need to be done in and out of our home and highly reccommend him!....Thank you Mike!

Very unprofessional and will take your money with no work done. Please check BBB and Alaska Courtview before looking to hire this company. He's had 3 cases just this past year that he owes nearly $50,000 to the individuals.
