Introduction: The mission of Logistics is to custom-design programs with an objective insight on balancing cost while providing the highest level of service and value. We pride ourselves in the ability to creatively plan each event, meeting or program from concept to completion. We aim to exceed the client's expectations by evaluating and identifying the best possible solutions, facilities, suppliers, and support services to successfully carry out our client's vision. When contracted as the DMC, event, meeting or program manager, Logistics assumes full responsibility for program coordination, as well as personnel and financial management. As the manager, our role is to serve our clients as an administrative tool that affords cost-effective negotiations with suppliers, detailed documentation of all arrangements, smooth on-site coordination under the direction of experienced personnel, and an objective evaluation of the program's success and effectiveness. At Logistics, our first priority is developing a productive and beneficial relationship and partnership. Our trademark characteristic is providing creative, effective programs that meet the objectives of the client. Whenever appropriate, we will also make recommendations, and share resources that might be helpful in areas beyond the scope of the designated project. We have found this collaborative process with the clients to be the basis for a comfortable working relationship, starting in the project planning stage. This partnership continues throughout the course of the project, and sets the stage for a long-term, mutually beneficial professional relationship and networking partner.
