- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is the point of contact, in which contact is made with the prospect customer. Secondly, the process of clarification for services to be rendered take place then collecting accurate customer information ( I.e. location, address, contact info). Next, we will set a time and date to meet up with the customer and do a walk through, carefully discussing and accessing every concern or potential concern the customers may have. Lastly, the walk through/estimate process will take place with the customer and a written breakdown of cost and pricing totals with be handed to the customer along with appropriate credentials and a business card. Shortly after, within a couple days, a follow up call will be made to discuss any discounts available in order to gain there business if such has not yet been acquired.
