- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by project. I do cost plus jobs where materials are covered by customer and it's hourly billing for labor weekly. I also do complete estimates for a job including labor and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers get 10% discount on labor. Depending on the project an estimate will be emailed, job starting dates and billing will be discussed as well as materials and project phases. Give us a call we look forward to working with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked my way through all levels of residential and some commercial construction. From labor to owning my business now I constantly stay up to date with local building codes, trends and always reading and learning new things.
