I came to Santiago asking for a workout plan and nutrition/strength plan and got all that and so much more! Santiago's workout plan combine individualized mentorship with weight training, kick boxing, regular boxing, and his vast knowledge of other martial arts to make each class challenging, fat busting but most importantly fun and excited for the next class. The classes are outdoors but they are a million times more effective than an air conditioned workout "lounge". I have tried every fad out there, if you want to lose weight you got to be serious, be willing to do what you got to do, and be receptive to instruction. Come out with us to WORK!
I have been exercising in gyms for 15 years and this is my best experience to date. My quest for fitness had brought me to CrossFit gyms which were great but this is leaps and bounds above. The trainers are well educated so the work outs are targeted and balenced which I think increases results and reduces injury risk. I have a membership which allows me access to a variety of amazing classes and as a member I purchased discounted personal training sessions so I can have an intense customized training to fit my hectic schedule and take my fitness to an even greater level. I’m 40 this year and more fit than ever. I’m thrilled that I can enroll my children in training here to give them a fitness base which will allow them to excel in any sport they choose.

I began working with Mr Graham back in 1993 I believe at Quads Gym in Chicago. He was my personal fitness and health trainer and worked with for almost 14 years. The man was a total expert and professional. He made my work outs fun always kept me motivated kept everything focused and taylored to my specific needs and goals. Never once was I injured had total confidence in his abilities. He was always on time in all that time I think I had only one or two times when had cancel..always there on time. At times it felt like he was doing my work out for me cause I could have my days when I was totally being lazy but he knew just how to get you no slacking with that one. My results were amazing...and I still retain a lot of what he taught me... I moved out the area so stopped seeing him but we became good friends and have remained as such..and I still consult him for advice on my fitness care. Fantastic all around human being.
